Yes, and people have complained about most if not all of those btw.
The new model just adds a sense of urgency with FOMO apparently, and Bazaar items have been quite consistently more than “just cosmetics”, so my personal view is that it’s just more visible and more present than before but still the same issue
I would put Siptah aside if Siptah content was never made available in the Exiled Lands.
Siptah Weapons would stay in Siptah; Siptah owners would not have an advantage over non-Siptah owners since they wouldn’t meet on Siptah, and they would be the same on the Exiled Lands.
On that note, the Stormglass is equivalent to Reinforced Stone, but Floatsam is not equivalent to Sandstone (use more wood and less stone, giving the opposite crafting option) which does fall into the debatable “P2W” territory if you ask me.
I don’t recall if the siptah slave armors also have a base game equivalent or not, but they also give an advantage in knowledge/feat points, because you don’t need to spend feat points to learn them. This can also be considered “P2W”.
The weapons and armors however are crafted with Eldarium and learnt on Siptah, so if Exiled Lands and Siptah were fully separate (as they should IMO) then there wouldn’t be any issue with them
