Give all players a 30 second night vision buff on log in to fix white wall

Hey can we maybe get a night vision buff on log in for like 30 seconds so we can get the after effect that fixes the white walls until we get a real patch that fixes this,

The 30 second log in night vision would be a temp fix until the full fix
