I’ve started playing the Seed of Evil expansion today and I’ve got this GJP-X93 weapon stating it has EMP bullets.
Then I equipped it on one of my characters and tried to disable some robots, with no success.
Am I missing something? The description says it has 100% emp chance, none of my shots missed but the EMP effect did nothing to the bots.
