Gluttonous Gains Perk Does Nothing

I try to get some awesome food and go fight some stuff, but in the middle of combat, I try to eat an exquisite meal and it does pretty much nothing. No regen buff comes, and nothing happens outside of my normal passive regen.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Get 50 points in Vitality
  2. Lose some health
  3. Eat
  4. Nothing

It’s a good point. The perk is affected by the changes to food/eating/healing. The devs should probably look at that.
