That said, even if there was some kind of consensus about how buffing golems would be the worst thing that ever happened to PVP, I’m really tired of walking on eggshells when it comes to PVE vs PVP balance.
PVP game mode is a hot mess that needs to be solved with more than this never-ending stream of band-aid changes that Funcom throws at it. If part of that solution is to introduce more configuration knobs and data table attributes to further separate PVP and PVE, then that’s the way to go, rather than destroying what little flavor we have in the game.
