Gong not working for Non-Clanmembers

The Gong can not be used by Non-Clanmembers. Other Music Instruments work - like the harp and the horn.
If others are able to ring it, it would add another alternative for a “door bell” than the horn.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Put up Gong
  2. Let someone in another clan try to ring it
