Hey Folks,
Recently i had a problem in my guild with 2 players leaving the guilds in the middle of the night with some resources.
We play on PVE.
May be silly, but i would like to know if Funcom can get those items back with a ticket.
Or this kind of internal raid is not considered a problem for them.
Just checking my options here since it’s a PVE server and i can’t just go there and bomb the base

@RenatoAlmeida
You will not be compensated for your losses.

Players leaving a guild and taking resources is a risk you take when you have them join your clan.

Its not great when it happens, but it is not against the rules.

if i start calling them thiefes in the chat or something like that.
maybe other in the server will join me and they will be ashamed or something like that.
is this harassment?

No but it is both childish and toxic to try and rally an angry mob like that. There is no “u” in team. Once they joined the clan all clan assets also become theirs too. That how it works. No wonder why they left, you don’t seem like a team player.

you dont know what happened.
they were fresh new in the server our guild is well established.
We lost 8 vaults in resources.

As I recall the lowest level clan members can not access vaults. That is how it was when the game started. @RenatoAlmeida

Yes indeed- an established guild knows this as you need to read it.

On FC servers, item loss is never refunded (there’s no reliable way to track this, and it would clog the system). You simply have to use your own methods to verify and vouch for the members you invite to the guild. By inviting them to the guild, you gave away any materials they had access to.

On other servers, there is possibly a means of getting justice in this situation, but you will need to refer to their rules and such for details.

They can’t take Land claim on the way out, so nothing of value can be lost.

If you want to be able to retaliate upon malfeasant players, there are PvE-C and PvP servers.
On PvE, there is no recourse.

I don’t know what access is like for larger clans in terms of what ranks can access what items. You may try reporting them to Zendesk with a ticket, screenshots if you have them, and all information of when they joined the clan, when they left, and all the items they took. Player(s) might be temp-banned but I doubt you’ll get your resources back either way.

Definitely worth considering tightening permissions as best you can going forward.

This was a big problem in ESO for awhile; players join guild, wipe out the guild bank, and leave. Permission rules eventually got updated to try to curb this behavior.

As others have said, nothing you can do except learn from the experience to not be so open and trusting. Just as solos that get talked to joining a clan only to be immediately booted and getting killed by their own level 20 thrall.

It could be worse like 8 vaults missing and all your bases dismantled.
