The Gurnakhi Vandal armor has stats of heavy armor, though only costs medium armor materials to craft.

This is the same for both standard and epic versions. Currently as is, players who buy the Gurnakhi Vandal can get/craft a heavy set of armor for the cost of medium armor. P2W.
