Stumbled upon this while thralling. This would appear to be building pieces that, to my knowledge, we as players do not have access which were placed by some player. They are in a no build zone at that. The area the sandstone platform occupies is the border of the build zone.
Anyone ever seen anything like this? This is on an official PvE server.
