Half-Child of Dagon from Sunken City grants 20 levels to thralls upon death

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

Get a lvl 0 thrall
enter the sunken city
Kill Half-Child of Dagon
Thrall gains levels until Max, same if you brought a Horse

Just happened to me! I concur!!! My whole dungeon was bugged. Enemies all bugged out. Thrall leveled to 20…
