Harpy's Kiss Arrows - Do Not Attach to Bows

Greetings,

The Harpy’s Kiss Arrows do not equip to the bows, either in image or use. This issue was present when I first tried. (Enhanced)
Below is a post informing of this, as well as a related issues from 2021. The related issues have been resolved. Unsure if the bug is related. Effects are the same.

PS: I see people posting after the above 2021 issue about numbers, but nothing about actual use… i dunno…
