Harvesting PS4 bug? Deposits/Trees not actually there/harvestable

Bug Description:

Desposits and Trees not harvesting sometimes

Used hardened steel pick and axe to harvest ironstone and trees, but it sometimes doesn’t work. Like maybe the deposits haven’t actually respawned.
