I’m lucky. The very first purge of the 1st level gave a bartender, and the first visitor to the tavern (on the banks of the Nub River) turned out to be the northerner Freya, whom I hired for 500 gold. Need to say, that so far everyone who comes has responded to my proposal. You just need to press E very briefly, otherwise a radial menu will open.

Saw him this morning, but wasn’t worth it. Also noticed that the thralls you can hire wear only coarse clothing instead of their normal attire.
He has a very good health step, that is, the output will be somewhere around 8 thousand hp or even more. He also improves his agility very well; all my archers used to be Galls and Hekkrs.
