Has anyone tried to deploy a lone fisherman?

every time i do it (the ones still wearing the light armor) comes out with 0 growth chance everywhere.

can someone confirm?

Just spawned a couple of them in in my test save - all came out with 0% growth chances.

I’ve also got one already deployed (that was properly captured) in an older save. I’ll check that in a minute. But it looks like there is a bug here.

the ones that were depoloyed they are ok, the ones that are deployed after the patch comes out broken.

Good job Devs

@Community

I just checked the old one that was already deployed and he has 0 in all stats and 0% growth chance for all stats.

old deployed ones :

new ones for me.

this is all at official servers

Weird, all mine, old and new, have the stats in your final picture. Maybe the difference is singleplayer vs server?

i dont know , the information in servers does not change due to the perpetual aspeect of it?

it escapes me,

i wonder who else is broken.

anyone on officials PVE servers. i remember having several rokur the alchemist saved on storage.

can anyone confirm if you have one as inventory item? its weird that me having thousands of t4 in chest to now have 1… .

have you leveled up the old ones ? I ask because when they introduced changes to things ( like weapon stats ) it has retroactively changed the objects unless a mod was added to it ( so like damage fittings for weapons and plates for armors ) I wonder if it’s the same for thralls that aren’t leveled up ( even if they are already placed in the world ) as long as they aren’t leveled up

they had like 2 levels one nad 6 levels the other one i am leveling.

I never levelled up the one I had placed. He only got moved from being a normal ā€˜bench’ thrall to being placed in the world at the stove he used to be attached to - so just the shift of type caused by Living Settlements. He’s out at an outpost in an old game save, so probably hasn’t even cooked anything since Living Settlements became a thing, let alone been levelled up. Clearly the ones Hansel has that have stats have been levelled, so like you say, maybe that is the difference. If so it suggests that the change to 0stats and growth chances is something that happened in one of the updates after Living Settlements was already active.

Just out of sheer curiosity, why would one level up an artisan? It isn’t like they will be fighting anyone; and as high level and artisan could get, it will never stand a chance in a raid. I don’t believe I have ever leveled a crafter; why would I? I am not refuting your argument, I am just trying to understand.

Does that include… hmm?.. I see benefits beyond the avatar (and its one hitter quitter). I think decor was intended, like maybe a very very heavy door in the normal door frame. In Dune, I could say it is tech, but in CE we can find it under decor.

because . 1 you can, and 2 you can increase their survaivability , i got crafters with 6k hp, less likely to die, and i have them armed to the teeth, being said that. ill rather have then go back to the old inventory crafters, we never had issues, and we could add life to bases, (We can always use fighters/archers/perfirners/bearers to move around and give life to bases.

going with LS was a 10 step backwards in the game, hope they reverse it.

a noob river crafter starts with 600 hp, at level 20 with good perks can hit 2200,

I play PVE, so…

If, by some biblical fluke I find a T4 artisan in a cage/jail I’ll armor and equip them; from the locals, for the run back. Other then that I use armors as a cosmetic; yes my thralls have uniforms :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:
The best part of lively villages.

Now it is fun to see everyone come off their seat to take out unwelcome guests; the occasional scorpion or panther the wanders in. But since they can’t earn HP independently, eh.

I do get it if you are playing PVP, but it seems like such a waste of time.

All of mine were placed before the patch and are completely normal. Don’t think I’ve placed any thralls at all since the patch. Certainly no lone fisherman.

some people use their ā€œmain baseā€ as a ā€œpurge baseā€ and don’t build a specific purge killer maze . so in those cases they would rather have leveled up workers so they can survive as they may get involved in fights. And i don’t think it’s a complete waste of time in pvp , and pvec , if you have the will and time to do it you would rather do it than not . it may be a small percentage chance that it results in you ā€œwinningā€ a fight against raiders or your workers surviving while you defend, but as small as it is it is still better than not :speak_no_evil: :see_no_evil: :see_no_evil:

That doesn’t really answer my question =P

You can spend time raising the HP of a deer as well, if you want to waste your precious playtime, I guess /shrug.
