Hatches and sloping walls not interacting

Bug Description:

Hatches and sloping walls conflict with each other. I am unable to place EITHER sloping inverted wall pieces (left or right) while a Hatch Frame is present. If I remove the Hatch Frame, I am able to place sloping inverted pieces, but then I am unable to place the Hatch Frame. I tried this with both Stormglass and Flotsam with the same failed results.

Steps to Reproduce:

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. Please be as detailed as possible; the more details, the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Build a wall 2 tiles high
  2. Build a 2nd wall, 1 tile high, adjacent to the first wall and perpendicular to it
  3. Place a hatch frame atop the 2nd tile of the first wall
  4. Try to place a sloping inverted wall between the hatch frame and the 2nd wall

Building bugs can be annoying. Until they fix it, try this as a workaround:

  • In your step 3, instead of placing a hatch frame, place a normal ceiling.
  • Place the inverted sloping walls.
  • When you’re ready, replace the ceiling with the hatch frame, without demolishing the ceiling.

I actually did try that, but as I said, if that inverted sloping wall is there, the hatch frame just will not place. In fact, I took similar measures for every piece in the build, but found that no matter what I did, I could not place one while the other was there. Thanks though!!
