Getting this issue intermittently for 2 days now.
It makes you sit through the whole cutscene after the initial credits before it gives the “you must be signed into sony network to use online features” screen before it let’s you get to the main menu.
Before it would give you that screen right about the start of the cutscene allowing you to skip having to watch that whole video yet again… then let you on to the main menu screen.
As said, it started about 2 days ago and i have rebuilt the system database and checked the settings for the network and everything seems to be in order.
I even deleted my saves to try the game to see if a possible settings or save file corruption was causing it and it still did the same thing.
There needs to be a way to just flat out skip all this nonesense and get to the main menu screen without waiting on it to do a verification check to see if you are signed in to the sony network, which i am always signed in when i play yet it still acts as if i haven’t signed in and gives that dumb notice.
I know i am signed it because it says so in the bottem right corner when it finally gets to the main menu…
Are you (Funcom) or Sony working on the network or something?
Forgot to mention simply rebooting the game does not do anything to alleviate the issue.

Noticed that on mine last night. It basically ignores all inputs except for the PS button until it finishes.

Same for me last two days now.
I’m on PC through Steam. Prior to the patch yesterday (which hasn’t been acknowledged anywhere that I have seen), my cutscene stopped and loaded me to the Main Menu somewhere right when the “What will you do…” just before he cuts Razma from the cross. Since yesterday, I have to watch the whole cutscene. Nothing has changed with my hardware, connection, no new installations on my drive, etc. The only difference has been the patch.
@Community what did the patch include yesterday?

There was a small patch yesterday and the files that changed were the ‘Funcom Launcher’ file size 125 MB and the file named ’ app.asar’ files size 42.3 MB, which is located in Steam\steamapps\common\Conan Exiles\Launcher\resources.
I am on PC though

I use an editor to see the log file in real time and I can only get out of the cutscene when this REAL UTC time is completed.
The game uses http://worldtimeapi.org/ for this and is not very reliable.

I had to wait the whole cutscene today which I have not had to do for a while

mentioned they were on PC through steam I thought I would share this, normally when you can exit the cutscene the

You can exit the cutscene, as the steam overlay pops up and the funcom login occurs straight after.

Whilst the console code will be different and as I do not use one I cannot say how the login is different but as it is still conan exiles and funcom’s game I would imagine that the process would be very similar, maybe someone who uses the consoles can elaborate this.
The only reason I mentioned it was so there was some note/confirmation that this may not be a Playstation only issue. And so I could ask the Funcom community team to release patch notes for the patch they released without warning/documentation.

Me too. My bd also experienced the same on his game.
Got this again last night, seems it hasn’t quite been fixed yet.
The first one, i believe there are 2 iterations of the credits for unreal.

Yes. I also notice the three little dots at the bottom don’t ever stop. When there’s no pause to them, I know the cutscene won’t let me sign in
