Unless they intend on making surges on EL and if you don’t have the Siptah recipes, the unstables won’t do anything.

Surges on the EL! Yay! Those are essences used on Siptah to charge the leyshrines. Well, we already have migos, so… I wouldn’t mind having something similar to surges.

They also used in the convergence trap to fill or empty your purge meter but again siptah only
