Heart of the Hero - Decay Timer

I have noticed in Test-Live and Live that the Heart of the Hero has a decay timer.

I know it is a consumable, but I thought you could also use it to get Boons from Hanuman’s Grotto.

It seems kind of useless now for boons since it will decay long before you make it to the cave and defeat the mini-boss to use.

Am I missing something?

Kinda agree, the decay timer on these is awfully short. You have to be moving with purpose the moment you get a heart to drop if you want to use it, and that’s still going to be pushing it considering the boss fight.
