Heavy attack is missing for the bow

Bug Description:

The bow doesn’t seem to have a heavy attack anymore. I only tried the easiest bow to craft, but it used to have a heavy attack feature, and now it only has a quick attack. It doesn’t matter what server I’m on or if it’s PvP, PvE, or PvE C.

Bug Reproduction:

Tried to use the bow’s heavy attack and light attack. Only the light attack was produced no matter what attack button was pressed
