[Help] DropBackPackOnDeath, Dropequipmentondeath, DropShortcutbarondeath

So First to clarify, want to make sure I completely understand those setting

DropBackpackOnDeath: Drops Only the contents in you’re backpack. The items in the inventory screen Right?

DropEquipmentOnDeath: Drop you’re armor. Thats it right?

DropShortcutbarOnDeath: Drop The Radial Menu L1 on PS4.

If those are correct, I have the equipment and Shortcut off. The only thing checked is Dropbackpackon death, but when I die, NOTHING drops. Is it Bugged or am I doing something wrong?
