A troll on my official server has has the brimstone lake carpeted with over 1000 foundations for the last 2 months. Will funcom do anything about this?

Blocking the Shattered Springs seems like a popular pastime for online trolls. Strictly speaking, it’s not against the rules - denying resources tends to be a good tactical move in any competitive game, whether MMO, MOBA or RTS.
You can get decent amounts of brimstone from other locations in the game - they’re just not as handily parked next to an obelisk as the Springs.
