Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

1. Die in the Underwater City dungeon.
2. Respawn in dungeon.
3. Wait.
4. Die four times at the entrance to the dungeon while respawning for no apparent reason.

I’m not sure if you managed to get around this yet but if you can take your bracelet off before you die then respawn at a different place?
