Welcome to the community, try to send a ticket on Zendesk with evidence of this fact so they will take action. @sestus2009 can you please put the link of Zendesk here so our friend knows what to use please? I don’t know how to copy and paste on my phone, thank you

You can go to Zendesk in your browser look for Funcom Zendesk. I’m sorry but my copy and paste skills are on par with @stelagel I’ll use age as a excuse. If you type it here may not be found give all the information you can screen shots etc. Never mention offending party’s names on open forum. Welcome to the Forum and good luck.
