So, I live in Brazil and unfortunately we have some problems with the GPortal servers (bad ping) and not all private servers are well managed.
So for the first time in my life I decided to rent a server (with 4netplayers which has shown very good performance and ping) and start a new server, but I’m facing some problems and would like some teaching from the community.
In the server configuration, I am using the ServerSettings.ini file for modifications, because it is more complete than what appears on the 4netplayers portal.
But my main problems are:

Server location. The server is located in Brazil (Sp/SP), this is validated by the fact that the ping is low and it is shown in the server settings. But inside, when searching for my server, it appears as EU (Europe)

Mode: I configured ServerSettings.ini to have no building damage and have pvp enabled, in the game the mode displays PvP and I would like to leave PvE-C showing, but I have not been able to do that.

Admin Commands: by accessing the game settings I become an administrator, I can use the interface for item drops, God mode and construction mode. But I can’t teleport to a player or teleport him to me, which would be the basic thing for me to manage. I saw a lot of comments to use ~ or insert to use the commands, but that doesn’t work, it just writes to the chat. I tried using several keys before the command (~ / \ | # ! ") and none of them work. I also tried the commands (TeleportPlayer PLAYERNAME, TeleportToMe, TeleportToPlayer, Summon… countless commands found on the internet)
I saw comments about using the US layout (mine is already in that layout)
In the game I tried with the Brazilian Portuguese and English language settings.
Now when I’m an administrator, Shift + Del works to delete the building that is in view.
If you have an official and updated document from Funcom about this and you can make it available or guide me.
- This happened once, I asked a friend of mine to join the server and test it. When creating the character, he started with level 61 and without knowledge points, I didn’t find any configuration parameters for this to have happened. And my character started out normal, level 1, but I set level 60 in the admin console, which was before he created the character.
I did a Wipe on the server but my friend hasn’t tested it yet.

Hello, for server region issue:
Within ServerSettings.ini, modify the following line:

PvP On
PvP restricted on time (RestrictPVPTime=True)
Building Damage off
for the PVP restricted on time, you need to modify a lot of values. you can search for them like this:
“PVPTime” (example: PVPTimeMondayStart=1700 (this is 5 PM)
For the issue with admin commands, you need to press ~ key after you make yourself admin, press the ~ key a few times, a window must appear and you can input commands there.
THe ~ key is the key on the left side of “1” key on the keyboard and under ESC key, on a standard keyboard.
TeleportToPlayer PlayerName → this will teleport you to the player
SummonPlayer PlayerName → this will teleport the player to you

Regarding the admin commands, that didn’t work either. I started using the Pippi mod to administer (I found it good), but it’s been annoying because it forces other people to close the server when they enter to load the mod and then enter again.

No problem, the teleport commands should work, I use them all the time, maybe record a video of how you try to use them, so I can see if you are doing something wrong. But as an overview after you have admin rights, pressing the “tilda” key ~ should bring up the command window, do not type it in chat. Make sure the commands are correct (I think they are case sensitive, meaning the capital letters must be kept).
Here is an example: if your character name is Oriharokon, and I would like to teleport you to me as an admin, I would type: SummonPlayer Oriharokon
