Any ideas why I can’t make a wheel of pain on PS4 in single player? I am level 30 and I researched it but I can’t craft it and it remains red.
If it’s still red that would mean you haven’t learned it, but is the Torturer’s Worktable in your crafting menu as well? You would need to have learned how to make the Lesser Wheel of Pain before being able to make the Wheel of Pain.
