Hitbox by crocodiles does not work properly

It often happens to me that I attack a crocodile but no life points are deducted from it. Instead, I have to aim further towards the middle of the body so that the attacks are recognized correctly. The hitbox seems to be a bit wrong here.

Since it happens by accident, all I can say is, attack crocodile.
