Horizontal elevator disappears

I’m on PVE C server 2731. The bucket for my horizontal elevator keeps disappearing. I need to put it back into my inventory and replace in the world. Then it is gone a few minutes later.

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

  1. Craft horizontal elevator
  2. Place it
  3. Use once
  4. Walk away for 5 to 10 minutes, come back and it’s gone
