On topic I am not having any strange fps drop in this instance, I have 60-70 fps outside and 60-70 inside, no difference (maybe out of the blur moments, but thats few seconds each time and you are supposed to stop and enjoy the creep anyway )
I think that’s an unhelpful conclusion to come to in a situation like this. I’m not saying it’s not the case, but we don’t yet have enough information. While 3 other people might be having this problem, we’re not receiving widespread reports from players about this. I and my colleagues have played in this instance with no issues.
Please make a help ticket. Even if the problem is on our end, we’ll need to work with you to figure out what is causing this. And without your help, I doubt we’ll figure this out since we haven’t been able to reproduce anything close to the frame rates you report.
Probably because the vast majority of people playing this game have absolutely no expectation the it will have good performance because it has never had good, consistent performance. Sometimes I log into the game and get 20 FPS. Sometimes I restart and log back in to the same place and now get 100 FPS. Sometimes I start the game and it thinks it’s out of focus and runs at a capped 15 FPS. Then I actually focus a different window and it goes up to 80 FPS.
I only said something in this thread because it existed. I don’t generally make comments about the game’s performance because it’s so inconsistent all the time. Sure, it could be on my end. But on the other hand, I don’t have these problems with other games. New, 1 year old, 5 years old, 10 years old. It doesn’t matter. I’ve gone through multiple graphics cards, processors, hard drives, and RAM through the life of this game. The only constant has been this game and its inconsistent performance. We don’t say anything because it’s been 5 years of it.
Not an issue for everyone. Can easily be something between the game and your system, in which case they might not be able to recreate it in office. That is not to say they cant fix it on their end, but without ppl reporting and supplying the info they ask for, fat chance they can identify the issue.
Maybe if @Umborls tells us what kind of info they want from us (dxdiag, game settings?) we could send in tickets without clogging up the system with everyone having to ask individually.

Sure I might open a ticket, but then you’ll get one view, one data set. You know now that a) it’s happening to more than just me and b) it’s not happening to everyone.
If we can skip the opening a ticket just for asking me to to repair the client, change DX setting, cahnge resolution, fiddle with graphic setting etc. and skip to the part where you just gather info from those with he problem and those without to see if you can find a common thing? Is it make or model of a GFX card? Is it driver version? OS? What do you want from us? Because getting things from just me will probably get us nowhere.
I just ran The Broadcast for the first time since the recent patch and my frame raid in the Lonely Patriot instance is much improved. I could be wrong, but it looks like the environmental effects have been toned down, too.
I did not notice any difference today, 30-40 fps inside, 80-110 everywhere else. (Advanced settings all on 3, fullscreen window at 1920x1200, a GTX 1070 and an ancient i5-4590) Still very much playable, but the degradation is real.
