Horse Melee Strength Bonus

I may be mistaken but prior to the followers II update, the melee damage bonus on horses were working and were reflected in the stats page, however currently on Testlive (and live) I’m getting no bonus whilst mounted. Im still only getting the base 51 damage from the dragonbone spear and and am only hitting 51
