Horse Saddle Slot Invisable

You can put a saddle on the Wright horse but the actual spot is missing.

Also Just noticed the visual glitch of a small bit of horse sticking out the top of the saddle.

Yea, the bug is being able to put the saddle on it with right-click

You can mount it without a saddle but have to do it in the interaction section.

I’m not sure what the intent was exactly. I can guess they wanted the horse to appear as is without saddle (because most of the saddles really do it a disservice except SL war saddle) but it appears that you can still put a saddle on it. I would say that if the intent was to keep the horse looking all ghostly (which I would love) then allow a saddle to be added and removed but keep it invisible on the horse.

Yes it does.

No as you can see it already has a ghost saddle, and if you open the inventory it also shows the mount stats, endurance multiplier etc that are saddle properties and don’t show up on regular horses (they show 0 on those). And you can mount them by selecting the action.

I believe the developers meant for this to be used without an additional saddle and hid the slot, but overlooked the fact that it can be equipped via right-click.

Edit: also the default saddle properties seem to be much better than any saddle, seems to be like a combination of a heavy and scout saddle, taking the best aspects of both

If you’re meant to use it without one then you should be able to mount without using the interact wheel. So something is broken. Would be nice to have Funcom’s input on this.

Personally I wish all horses worked like this The number of times my character mounted up when I just wanted to open the inventory… and then I had to watch the animation… dismount… watch that animation… put it back on guard cuz it started following… only to accidentally repeat the whole thing If it was the other way around and I’d accidentally open the inventory that’s only a matter of hitting esc and then mounting up
