PVP server 3608 Hoshun the Fang is not acting like a t4 thrall, I get no bonus recipes or reduction in crafting materials.

Steps on how to reproduce issue:
1.wait weeks and weeks for a t4 set priest
2.break set priest on wheel of pain
3.place broken set priest at set temple
4.take blood pressure medication(optional)

This is not the only thrall which is like that.all the other named priests do not have any special recipes, except the new one for the ymir altar, introduced with the last update.
Although it would be nice if funcom dev added some recipes for these.
