I could have done all of that (And any other mediocre modder) in less than 3 hours.

There are fixes in there that werent posted. To be honest, the hotfix notice is a bit vague and that leads me to being concerned this isn’t a project as much as a reaction.

Is there a thread for ALL the fixes, including ones that weren’t mentioned in the patch notes?

Yeah they had to have fixed more stuff, they just didnt mention it, because there was an annoying thing that I was experiencing that is now gone. I play with an Xbox controller on steam, when im looking at an item package in the bazaar and i’m toggling with my joystick from left to right between the individual items in that bazaar package the very last item i couldnt toggle to, i actually had to press the joystick up or down to highlight the last item. I know its not a dire bug its something small and innocent really, but now its gone i can freely move the joystick between the items. So there might be small fixes they may have done that only a hanfdul of people were experiencing. Hopefully one of the kill meshes they fixed was the Jil cave one, ive been avoiding farming black blood tools since ive heard it was killing people.

I don’t think most realize this hotfix is actually fat.
It hits singleplayer issues, multiplayer issues and private server issues. These 3 being very significant.
While it might not have done the things you specifically want based on your hardware, mode, playstyle and preference for single or multiplayer, it sure as hell is making some very happy. The frustration caused by these has been incredible. I would know not even being someone who has experienced most of the problems this fixed, but as someone who documented each report I could.
This is a hotfix, not a major update. They did good all things considered.
With all of that said I really do hope there’s a more of these hotfixes before spring that help to address further. At LEAST 1 more.

would you know of a fix for the IDP.Generic virus detected by Norton that quarantines the executable file to load the game. I would like to see the fixes of the hotfix, but cant after I downloaded it on Steam this morning. Any assist is appreciated.
Based on what I’ve read here and on various discords so far, most have reinstalled the game, restarted their device and saw no further issues.
This is my guess and take from it what you will, that it is a false positive detection to quarantine.

I also am seeing a significant decrease in t4 thralls. Sepermeru gives at least 1 at server reset and 3 different times I haven’t seen an Asura when they used to dominate sinners
Maybe. On the other hand, sometimes even what seems like a quick fix can be a real bitch to track down. Five minutes to replace a hose, five hours to discover that you need to replace a hose. (And five days to process all the red tape to get approval to replace the hose.) 
Furthermore, even after you fix it you still have to do some testing to make sure your fix didn’t break something.

You mean like a player pretest official server, like maybe a prerelease server for the public. Too bad we don’t have those.
