How do i enter in contact with client assistant

I bought the battle pass, with the 1200 crom coins, then i was looking at the coins i gain from the battle pass witch are 1200 crom coins, thats why i bought it in the first plance, but now after i collected all of the things from the battle pass but i only have 960 crom coins, so how do i get in contact with client assistant becouse im quite angry
