How do you get a third Specialization set?

One of my older characters has three different specialization presets I can swap between. My newer characters only have two (one from the “rewards” page of being subscribed). I’m wondering what my older (and lower leveled) character did to get that third one.

From my memory, I thought becoming a member automatically unlocked an additional specialization which was separate from the loyalty one. But I could be mistaken.

Old char could get second one from trainer before sub revamp and third one from reward.
New char after sub revamp can only get second one from reward.

I see. That clears that up. Wish they had just left the original second spec available.
