How do you get the other coffer?

While in Creative Mode, I saw a Stygian coffer, but haven’t seen how to get it in the game or seen it on the Bazaar or Battlepass. I haven’t done much with the Purge, so I’m assuming you get it through that?

The schematic can be found in a purge chest.

It’s really slow at work right now, so I’m gonna make a pointlessly redundant reply that says, “yes, you’re correct. I can vouch for this comment since I too have gotten the recipe in a purge. Many in fact!”
