How dose it work when jumping bewean the old and new server/map and back again?

As the headline, how dose it work?

It doesn’t. It’s a whole new server. You can’t go back and forth or use the same character

So i need 2 diferent caracter to jump betwan?

i understand it works like this, i rent a server - inside the server is a setting to pick the map

I pick Siptah - And I get a new char on that map

I switch Back to Exile Lands - And I get my old char, and everything on that map back the way it was

so you can only run only one live, but everything stays and you can switch between

But how to change back to old server? Cant find it!
