I’m pretty obsessed with decorating in Conan, so I wanted to see what some others have done with the new trees and plants.
I know some have complained about the two variants of the “Large Cypress Tree”, I’ve found that both can have unique uses the one with the longer tree trunk is able to be placed in different pots, while the other, is good as a hedge. I’ve also noticed the longer trunk tree can be placed on uneven ground but still come out upright, especially if you lower it under the ground a little! It can also be placed on top of other planters, to give the effect of a planter with a tree growing out the top (Will include a picture of both later on when I’m at home and not slacking off at work)
I’m excited to see what other placeables like this they release. I’d rather it be free, but $2.50 for a tree I’ve already placed 30 times, isn’t terrible. Now I just want that toilet and bath set to come back at a cheaper price!
I used some of the brown mulch on the ground, then planted some rose bushes and a small tree in it.
Looked pretty good.
Add a small well, some bee hives and some plant pots around it and it looks better than my real garden.
Personally I would like to see more barbaric item’s added like torture devices or items made of dead bodies animal and human maybe blood pools or dead bodies/skeletons that we could place. Although I do like the trees and bushes I would prefer the in game foliage that you see all over the map that despawns when building like the berry bushes, large rocks and trees so I can replace them to give my builds a more natural blended into the environment look.
Me also Coyote0903. In terms of trees and shrubbery I know that there is also a lemon tree, hanging plants and climbing ivy on their way, heres hoping for more too! I dream of making a luscious indoor garden on Conan Exiles.
Equip something from star metal, i equip a sickle and the foliage appears again.
About the trees i am really happy they exist in the game!
These months i don’t build a lot because of my console (ps4).
But one day i will begin to build houses again (complete). What’s a house without a garden? Food without salt!
