You forgot the key word here, “financially”. F2P players may well contribute more time than paying players. They may contribute more to the community. There are some players whose unpaid contribution to the game massively outweighs the impact of a single whale.
There have been plenty of comments about the lack of high tier elite runs. Having this kind of event helps people advance and helps address that problem.
There will also be people who try out running content more frequently thanks to free keys, and then end up subbing because of the event. It’s a positive thing for most of the community, there’s no need to feel salty that someone else might get something nice too.

This is a business,a business running financially,what ever whom claim anything else everything business ends in financia.Nobody in funcom care about anything else which can finaly result in a finacial gain,and thus nothing else which can result in a financial gain would push funcom to investigat and mainten this game.
Declare f2p players contribute more than paid players,especialy in such a low base population game,is lie.Some f2p players contribut more in comunity,some less,some just contribute none and others just contribute negative buy calling paid players dumbass and p2w noob even they do higher dps than them lol…but lets talk in general,declare f2p players contribute more than paid ones just NOT TRUE.
And I am not salty,I am want someone to clarify whats going on,and be awared that “help ppl have a better life” is not gonna result as simple as always good,just think about if we start to inprint toons of billetes of 500 euros and let them cycle into the market,good thing to economy right?Heh.Just dont understand why so many sensitive guys lol,anyway I just dont care,I got my answer.
No dude,its not impossible to happen.If in real world goverments can make the same mistake,why a game company cant?And this had happened in other games like DDO/WoT which I played with,just tell you that.Everyday unlogic stuffs happened,so the awareness is justified.Funcom should have seen this IF they decide to make the same mistake,and perhaps they wont do that then.And this never happened before,at least to me,I started to play 07 march 2019
Well,surely not.But I contributed by that,and as a customer I have reason to be worried about and I have right to stop paying if the product they are saling is not worthy,and there is nothing wrong to say out that.
Ppl crying about funcom dont give customer service to f2p players,nobody is saying they are salty,and I as a new player started to play March this year be awared of the unanounced free key weekend(not even sure it gonna just be weekend,because cabal ppl told me its weekend stuff) many salty ppl comes.The same thing when some f2p guys talking about spending money in this game is dumbass actualy offending paid players only one ppl stand out say they are wrong,and when I objectively say f2p players contribute less than paid players in general so many ppl crying.The virtual world ppl just acting like in real world lol,some kinda of emotional populism.
Again,ask for clarify unanounced stuff,be wared about potential economy impact,defend owns right to know the thing/decide to pay o not as a customer,IS NOTHING WRONG.You old players know this happened before but I dont.I only see similar things happened to other games I played then end up become often things then ruined the business.Besides of this I guess nobody really care what I am saying,as I dont care so called Will of the multitud,so why keep argue after I just seleted solution for this topic?
Yes I personaly get benefited too as I go regionales,I just was asking if this gonna happen often which gonna turn out to be bad thing.

There is language wall,there is diference between the information everyone has etc. instead of hostility why cant ppl be understandful and more tolerance towards ppl from diferent countries,have diferent experience??? As a new player started from 07 march 2019,I dont find anything I try to ask is incovenient.All I did was asking wtf is going on and all my worries have reason,and they are justified as a customer have rights to know what happened and what gonna happen,then decide if they keep buying o they stop.If someone think I am ask a unlogic thing then he should consider I dont have the information that old players have and think its “común sense”,also unlogic things–similar stuffs happen,in other games I played o in real world.Agree to disagree seems too hard for some guys,and one of them seems just have some personal stuff with me.
And there are hostility from f2p players towards paid players provocated by human natural…
I did nothing wrong,instead of that,when I selected my answer some ppl keep flaming because he did not gone well with me ingame(not sure it was him though but similar name and unecesarry flaming/offtopic).I am a vocal ppl like someone said,and I Will always ask when something I feel strange,always speak when I feel something gonna be wrong.I may right and I may wrong,when someone pointed it by civilized way I will see it as help,but if the contrary,I dont care,and dont afraid of some ppls ego and “their old good Friends”.I am never a person with ppl o afraid of ppl.End of discussion,very offtopic now.I guess the only mistake I made is that I should just dont take hostil ppls serious and argue with them,should just flag them.

I assume it’s the language barrier but when I say you used “the customer is always right” rhetoric, it does not mean I am quoting you directly. What I’m saying is that you seem to believe that because you paid money for services (ie, you are “the customer”) that you can do no wrong (ie, you are “always right”). Hope that helps.
