You can also increase the damage of a thrall by a double stack. Put Cooked Pork Rinds in the thrall inventory. Then take them out (gives +25% damage buff). Then put gruel in for the standard +10% damage buff. Buffs stack (will show a fist and double fist plus symbols on the health bar of the thrall). You may need to keep refreshing the Cooked Pork Rinds from time to time (stick them in and take them out again), but it works. Gives thralls a +35% damage bonus.
