I think things should be more intuitive. I was born in a closed place, I spoke with something that looked like a liquid in the center and I was born in the old city and I can’t get back to the dlc site. I wonder if I threw my money in the trash.

Looks like hmm… you’re talking about the end of Jhebbal Sag dungeon which if I remmeber well send you back to Sepermeru at the end.
This is not DLC then 
but one of the dungeons of the Exiled Lands.
What were you trying to achieve ? If you were looking for playing on Siptah, then your server/game is not on the right map.
