How to cancel or delete the failed payments they've blocked the p2p status

A payment webpage error of the account had caused the account to be frozen and I’ve taken a ticket and sent requests at support@funcom.com over 2 weeks ago but there’s no response. how many days were needed to deal this trivial matter? What should i have to do for restoring the membership status which was proceeded

Response time for support is extreeeemely long, almost not existing…

Better send a PN with your ticket nr. to @AndyB. He should be able to help you as he did in many other cases.

While it does look like you successfully submitted a ticket, just for clarity’s sake, please note that emailing support@funcom.com directly won’t work.
