A payment webpage error of the account had caused the account to be frozen and I’ve taken a ticket and sent requests at email@example.com over 2 weeks ago but there’s no response. how many days were needed to deal this trivial matter? What should i have to do for restoring the membership status which was proceeded

Better send a PN with your ticket nr. to @AndyB. He should be able to help you as he did in many other cases.
