I’m setting up a dedicated server and its language is apparently locked to a system language (locale) it runs on with no documented way to change it.
It causes some weirdness, like NPCs changing names upon death from client chosen language to a server language.
Googled tons of reports about it over the years, yet no way to set a server language.
Anybody knows how to do it if possible at all?
