Recently I’ve uploaded a character from non Official server and I am not able to transfer the character to any private server the reason for that is “the character doesn’t come from white lister server” or something like that.
I’ve used to play on “Empire gaming”, however since I can not import my character anywhere, is there an option to delete in order to get rid of this character, cuz I am stuck with it and can’t transfer my character from dead PVE server to a different one.
Welcome to the forum fellow exile. Make a tour to the servers and recruit posts here. Send messages to servers you want to join, speak with admins, visit their discord pages and choose the one you want to join. Most of the times, pve on private is not vanilla, it is way easier, so you will gain anything you could transfer in a day or 2.
Solution 2…
Transfer your character on an official server of your region, wait for the transfer cool down and then transfer your character to any private that white list is not necessary anymore.

if you uploaded the character from an unofficial server then you will need to find another unofficial server that has character transfers turned on to download the character to to remove it from the cloud then you can delete the character from there
i run a network of unofficial servers for conan and could help you by allowing you to download on to a temp server if you are just looking to delete the character if your looking to actually play the char then i dont think many unofficial servers have transfers enabled atm due to an exploit but u can try to find a server owner who will allow you to transfer in
