How to keep single player active?

Greetings
Can anyone tell me if there is any mod that makes my singleplayer stay active even when I’m not playing?
Like a server… a mod that makes my world stay active based on real life hours or something like that.
I didn’t want to have to leave everything at full speed

If you run the PC version, you can nab the Dedicated Server Software and load up your own local server only you can see and connect to, then leave that running. If on console, you have to rent a server.

There isn’t any mod to my knowledge that can advance time for singleplayer.

This also has the benefit of getting rid of re-render when you leave an area. Kill half the mob, they stay killed until the respawn timer hits.
