How can I repair Flawless Cimmerian Steel? Maybe learn a recipe?
Found the armorer to craft it, but I just can’t repair it.
You have to put it in the armorers bench where your T4 thrall is.
Thanks! I guess spending those 5 legendary armor repair kits at home seem pretty silly from me now 
Well, its also a method to get it done 
But the armor patch kits are more needed, than the weapon repair kits - If you have the Nemedian helmet or godbreaker boots.
I can overheat in my base, surrounded with dancers and repair stuff while almost losing 0 health (1-2hp/min).
But it only works for weapons, tools and bows.
No shield or Bindings of the Dead, or armors…
