Hyperborean Slaver armor value too low

The epic flawless version of the Hyperborean Slaver armor has a much lower armor value than all other epic flawless heavy armors. Each piece is, on average, 10 points less than any other crafted epic flawless heavy set. I believe this is an error, since the weight is the same and there are no other advantages that the Hyperborean Slaver armor provides over any other set of comparable armor.

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

  1. Craft epic flawless Hyperborean Slaver armor
  2. Craft any other epic flawless heavy armor
  3. Compare the armor values
