2026-07-05 i bought next month of premium and my game is still in f2p mode.

One of payment is failed because i didnt recived any transaction confirmation on my bank account for long time. So i tried to cancel payment and initiate another one. Next payment appeared on my bank account and i confirmed transaction. But after all “payment history” shows info above but my game account is still in f2p mode.
Of course i have Funcom Customer Service Ticket #1271221 but still havent any answer or help.
