I can not hold anything with right hand

I can not hold anything with right hand even Stone Pick.
here’s my current situation.

I regret that I restarted PS4 immediately when that bug happened.

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

  1. Today My friend of Clan made Stygian Khopesh for me (My skill is not enough to make it).

  2. I picked up the Stygian Khopesh from Blacksmith’s Bench.

  3. Out of the house, Rocknose spawn.

  4. Battled with Stone sword because I didn’t equip Stygian Khopesh to shortcut yet.

  5. After killed Rocknose, I attempted to equip Stygian Khopesh then I can not hold anything with right hand even Stone Pick.

Last time I recreated character.
After that, It Happened again as: youtu.be/8sx4th6ZbD8?t=2m23s
I just picked up this “XX_Unarmed Right” from container.
Clan member created this… tool improvemens? I don’t know what it is.
I just found this problems is solved by holding two-handed sword. until coming update fix.
