I cannot log in to the Japanese official server “4213”.
When approaching a Gremlin’s lair, the game freezes and crashes with an error, unable to re-login.
If you continue to be unable to log in as it is, you will lose everything due to the deterioration of the building.
Please do so before announcing that you should report the problem via the mail form.
Please come to Japan official server “4213”.
Then go to the gremlin hideout.

We are considering filing a complaint with SIE when the building collapses due to the inability to log in.
Is this a server specific bug or does the same thing happen in single player?
If it is a server specific issue, there is no guarantee of funcom server access; it can be terminated or revoked for any reason (or no reason) so if you file a complaint, you are wasting your time.
Same thing happened in singleplayer.
Crash when going to coordinates G5 to H7 on Siptar Island.
It’s clearly a system error, not a server-specific problem.
I reinstalled and tried, but the same thing is happening on both official servers and singleplayer.
It is clear that there is a problem with the game data itself, not the problem of the play environment.
