I discover another thing. When I open the game from an external hard drive, my party loads. But, after this lucky strike, the next time I try to play, the party doesn´t load.

If you can load up in the desert, check the amount of build pieces and placeables for your base on the clan page. Then remove items from your city and log out at the desert. Rinse and repeat until the game stability is back to normal
Noticed that you’re running Conan from an external HDD on your Series X according to a different thread. Transfer the game in its entirety to the internal and try loading the game from there
